Athens Health Services believes in making home health services available to as many people in Greater Houston as possible. This is why we work with Medicare and Texas Medicaid. We accept original Medicare reimbursement as 100% payment for medical home health services. Medicaid also pays most, if not all, of the charges for medical home health. For qualified seniors, Texas Medicaid will pay for a personal care aide to visit their home long-term. We also work with private pay and various insurances.
