Athens Health Services sends nurses, therapists, and aides to the homes of patients throughout Greater Houston. When patients, especially senior patients, are experiencing illness or recovering from injury, we can provide many of the services you may expect to receive from a hospital, nursing home, or rehab facility. Care is available with or without a recent hospitalization.
